Hand Warmer:

Function One: For keeping warm or hot compress

Use in first time:

1. Hold the bag with one hand while bend the metal inside the bag with your thumb and first finger of another hand. Repeat it several times till the liquid inside turns to solid and release heat. (If the bag is solid, pls follow “Use for the second time” below.

2. At the time when the liquid turns to solid, you can press the bag slightly to spread the heat evenly so that the temperature is even too.

3. Place the bag anywhere necessary to get warm or hot compress. (For example, you can put it in your bed or your pocket in winter or twisted part of your body)

Use for the second time:

1. The bag will get cooler after you use it for about 60-120 minutes. If you want to use it again, please heat it in boiled water for 5-7 minutes with towel or cotton cloth enwrapped. Use it again when the solid turns to liquid completely. To avoid being scalding, please use the towel or cotton cloth to wrap the bag to make sure it will not touch your skin since it is very hot now.

2. When the bag becomes cool again, please follow the “use in first time” method. i.e. bend the metal inside the bag to turn the liquid to solid.

3. Following the above steps, this product can be used repeatedly which is an ideal item for keeping warm or hot compress.

Function Two: For Cold Compress

1. Please put the bag into refrigerator (not for instant frozen) for standby.

2. Take the bag from the fridge and place it to necessary part.

Attention:

1. Do not puncture the bad with sharp item

2. Do not press it heavily

3. Do not press the metal inside the bag when it is releasing heat

4. Please turn to a doctor before using this product for hot or compress.

5. This product is inedible and should be kept away from children.
